ati! vin sad imaleba?
"Ten! Who's hiding where?"
Giorgi (whispering):
ხის უკან ვიმალები!
khis uk'an vimalebi!
"I'm hiding behind the tree!"
Neighbor kid:
ბავშვები მანქანის უკან იმალებიან.
bavshvebi manqanis uk'an imalebian.
"The kids are hiding behind the car."
Nino:
გიპოვე! იმალები კარის უკან!
gipove! imalebi k'aris uk'an!
"Found you! You're hiding behind the door!"
💡Look at these verbs: ვიმალები, იმალება, იმალებიან. They all have two things in common: an ი- at the start and -ებ- in the middle. But notice — there's no object. Nobody is hiding SOMETHING. They're just... hiding. This is a new kind of verb.
